Nestled in the leafy suburb of Estella—just six minutes from the heart of Wagga Wagga—our village spans over 20 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering the ideal blend of independence, support, and connection.

Maintenance & Grounds
Our dedicated maintenance team ensure your gardens are looking beautiful all year around. Plus, they are on hand to look after maintenance needs for your home and the greater village area.
Community Centre
At the heart of the Village is the Community Centre. This Centre is the meeting place for all our residents. We have a number of social committees who work together to ensure that there is never a dull moment at Settlers.
Residents Committee
At Settlers Village we are very fortunate to have an active and committed Residents Committee who endeavour to make everyone feel part of the Village Community
Library
An extensive Library sits inside our large community centre. There is an impressive range of books that have been collated by our Village Book Lovers.
Indoor Heated Pool
Whether it’s an early morning swim or a group water aerobic class, our indoor heated pool is a popular exercise option for our residents all year round.
Village Bus
If a bit of light shopping, or a delicious lunch in town is what you desire, why not take advantage of our Village Bus that runs from the Village straight into the town centre on a regular basis.
Church Services
Regular church services are held in our Chapel located in the Serviced Apartment Building.
BBQ Facilities
An undercover area equipped with a large bbq is located just behind the community centre for residents use.
